Common Questions

Below are some of the most common questions of our Member Resource Center.

Individual Providers: Please contact Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) to make sure you have the correct date.

Agency Providers: Please contact you employer.

Your employer can answer questions about getting paid for training time. SEIU 775 Benefits Group cannot answer questions regarding pay.

You can see any courses you have completed by going to My Training Activity in the Caregiver Learning Center on My Benefits. You can also download your official course certificate for your personal record here.

You do not need to submit certificates of course completion to your employer to get credit for your training. Your employer will get updated records about your course completion within 5 business days.

If you have missed a class, log in to My Benefits and go to the Caregiver Learning Center to choose from upcoming options to make up a missed class.

Visit the Caregiver Learning Center Guide to learn more.

An official transcript includes records of your qualifying training towards your certification. This is an official record similar to a college transcript.

Individual Provider (IP): email transcripts@myseiubenefits.org.
