You can use your online account to:

  • View hours and eligibility for healthcare coverage, Caregiver Kicks and Headspace Care.

  • Apply for or make changes to healthcare coverage.

  • Add children to your coverage.

  • Access plan documents and forms.

You can also view payment history and sign up for email communications about coverage.

Get in-language account support.

At this time, you can only make an account in English. Contact Customer Service at 1-877-606-6705 to be connected to a representative in your language.

Create a Health Benefits Account

Go to myseiu.be/enroll and follow these steps.

1. Select REGISTER AS A NEW USER.
2. Enter your member ID or SSN and personal information. Then select NEXT.
3. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Select NEXT.

4. Create your username, password and security question. Select NEXT.

5. Enter your contact information and select your preferred method of communication and language. Select SAVE COMMUNICATION.

6. Select SAVE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.

Once you are logged in, you will see your dashboard where you can:

  • See the hours you’ve worked and verify eligibility.
  • Enroll or see your current coverage information.
  • View the messages in your inbox.
  • Access the Help Live Chat feature.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10.
