To become eligible: work at least 80 hours in two consecutive months (160+ hours total). You’ll become eligible in month 4 and can order your first pair. After that, you can order a new pair every 12 months as long as you continue to meet the eligibility requirements.

No. You must access the Caregiver Kicks ordering site first. Ordering directly from the public SR Max website will require payment. If you have questions, call 1-877-606-6705 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. PT).

SR Max will email you within about a week with an estimated availability date and instructions for choosing another style if you’d rather not wait.

You’ll receive email updates with your estimated delivery date after you place your order. If there is a delay or an issue with your order, SR Max will contact you by email.

Yes.

If you think your package was lost or stolen, call 1-833-599-9621 (Monday–Friday, 5 a.m.–5 p.m. PT). SR Max can confirm the delivery status. Shoes that were confirmed as delivered by the carrier cannot be replaced.

Resources for Spokane Caregivers

Benefits and resources are currently available for caregivers affected by the Spokane wildfires.
Get information about healthcare coverage, prescriptions, financial support, training and additional resources from SEIU 775 and other trusted partners.

Member Resource Center (MRC) will be closed from December 24 – January 1.

If you have questions about enrolling or completing your training, contact the MRC before they are closed. The MRC will reopen on January 2.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10.
