Have questions about certification or need training support?
You can reach the Member Resource Center (MRC) by phone or email, at mrc@myseiubenefits.org.
Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Holiday Closures
You can get help in English, Russian, Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese and Korean, with other support available for additional languages.
Peer Mentors
If you are a caregiver going through Basic Training and preparing to become a certified Home Care Aide (HCA), you can get guidance and support from Peer Mentors.
Language Support
Classes and course materials are available in many languages. Even if you speak English fluently, a course in your primary language may better set you up for success.
Support for Students with Disabilities
Students with disabilities have the right to request and receive reasonable accommodation in order to receive all of the Training Partnership’s programs and activities.

Below are some of the most common questions of our Member Resource Center.
Training
Learn more about your required training by provider type.
Individual Providers: Please contact Consumer Direct Care Network Washington (CDWA) to make sure you have the correct date.
Agency Providers: Please contact you employer.
Your employer can answer questions about getting paid for training time. SEIU 775 Benefits Group cannot answer questions regarding pay.
You can see any courses you have completed by going to My Training Activity in the Caregiver Learning Center on My Benefits. You can also download your official course certificate for your personal record here.
You do not need to submit certificates of course completion to your employer to get credit for your training. Your employer will get updated records about your course completion within 5 business days.
If you have missed a class, log in to My Benefits and go to the Caregiver Learning Center to choose from upcoming options to make up a missed class.

An official transcript includes records of your qualifying training towards your certification. This is an official record similar to a college transcript.
Individual Provider (IP): email transcripts@myseiubenefits.org.
Agency Provider (AP): contact your employer to request an official transcript.
