24/7 Phone Lines
All the phone lines below are available in English and Spanish, with language assistance for over 150 languages. It’s free for you to call these services 24 hours a day, any day of the week.

Call 988, for 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
This phone line provides free and confidential support from trained counselors for people in emotional distress, as well as guidance for how to help people in your life who are in distress.
Call 211 or visit 211.org or critical personal life help, for services such as food, housing, financial guidance, addiction, domestic violence, education or employment, emotional wellbeing and more.

Call for help with mental health concerns and substance abuse.
National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233.
Call if you or someone you know has experienced domestic violence. You can also text “start” to 88788.
Self-Care and Emotional Health Resources
Caregivers often put the needs of their clients first, but it is important to care for yourself as well. There are many benefits for caregivers that can help address stress, anxiety and depression. All caregivers have access to:
- Headspace Care*: An app that provides access to in-the-moment emotional health coaching, therapy, guided meditations, mindfulness exercises and work/life resources.
- Tools for Calm: A 6-credit continuing education course that teaches practical ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life.
For caregivers enrolled on the SEIU 775 Benefits Group health plan, your healthcare coverage includes in-person and virtual counseling, medication management and online resources.

Therapy for Black Girls: The Impact of Racial Trauma. (English): Licensed Psychologist Dr. Candice Nicole Hargons discusses the work she has done and continues to do to arm Black people with resources to work through racial trauma.
Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective (English): A national organization that fights racial barriers to emotional health care through training and education programs.
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS): Get access to food stamps, housing and child support, emotional health, and addiction services and more.
Feeding America: Find free food and grocery items in your local area. Visit the Feeding America website to find a food bank.
