30-Minute Phone Session
The session can help you refresh skills learned in class and gain confidence in caregiving. You can schedule a support session at any time—as you start caregiving, prepare for your HCA certification exam or even after you have already passed the exam.

Member Resource Center (MRC)
If you have questions about enrolling, course options or completing training, contact the MRC. Support is available in multiple languages.
Language Support
Classes and course materials are available in many languages. Even if you speak English fluently, a course in your primary language may better set you up for success.
