Introducing
The Learning Library:

Invest in yourself, those you care for and your career as a Caregiver.

As a caregiver, you give so much of yourself to ensure the well-being of those you care for. But caring for someone—whether it’s a family member or a client—can bring unique challenges.

How do you stay prepared for each situation that arises? One way to stay prepared is to enhance your skills, knowledge and confidence through Continuing Education courses.

All caregivers now have access to Continuing Education!

If you do not have a Continuing Education (CE) requirement, you can access a variety of courses available in the Learning Library. Courses are available in multiple languages. Courses are currently available in English, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

See provider types with Learning Library Access:
  • Formerly known as Parent Individual Providers, Non-DDA
  • Parent Individual Provider (DDA)
  • Limited-Service Providers (LSP)
  • Respite Providers
  • Family Providers
  • Adult Child Providers*
*If you are an Adult Child Provider, you can start taking courses in the Learning Library starting January 1, 2025.

Flexible and Convenient Learning

Your time is important, that’s why courses are available online. You can fit learning into your schedule and learn at your own speed, in the comfort of your own home.

” My client had shoulder surgery and was limited with her movement. After training, I got her to start using her shoulders again. It made my job easier and my client was happy.”
