Every 12 months, you get:
$0 Routine eye exam and retinal screening
- Additional exams and services for immediate eye care as needed, $20 per exam.
Prescription Glasses
- $250 allowance for frames or $270 for featured brands.
- $0 standard prescription lenses.
- $0 lens enhancements including scratch-resistant coating, UV protection, and more.
- Premium and custom progressive lenses for a $55 co-pay.
Or choose contacts instead of glasses
- $600 contact lens allowance.
- $0 Contact lens exam, including fitting and evaluation.
Activate Your Benefits
Create a VSP account to access your vision benefits, view your member ID card, find an eye doctor and manage your account.
To get started, enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, your information, and create a username and password.
Make an Appointment
Find an in-network VSP provider and schedule your vision exam. When making your appointment, let the provider know you’re a VSP member.
If asked for your member ID, provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
