Access Your Account

It's easy to set up an account. You just need your Social Security Number or healthcare coverage member ID. Follow the instructions below to get started.

Go to myseiu.be/enroll and follow these steps.

  1. Select REGISTER AS A NEW USER.
  2. Enter your member ID or SSN and personal information. Then select NEXT.
  3. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Select NEXT.
  4. Create your username, password and security question. Select NEXT.
  5. Enter your contact information and select your preferred method of communication and language. Select SAVE COMMUNICATION.
  6.  Select SAVE ACKNOWLEDGMENTS.

Once you’re logged in, you will see your dashboard where you can:

  • See the hours you’ve worked and verify eligibility.
  • Enroll or see your current coverage information.
  • View the messages in your inbox.
  • Access the Help Live Chat feature.

Access your account to easily apply online or make changes (like adding Coverage for Kids) to existing coverage.

Member Resource Center (MRC) will be closed from December 24 – January 1.

If you have questions about enrolling or completing your training, contact the MRC before they are closed. The MRC will reopen on January 2.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10.
