Getting Started in the Caregiver Learning Center

This guide walks you through getting started with your new Caregiver Learning Center account, including accessing your account for the first time, learning how to navigate the pages and managing your profile and preferences. Whether you’re just logging in for the first time or you need to reset your password, read this guide to help you get started.

Access Your Account for the First Time
or Reset Your Password

To access your account for the first time or reset your password, you will need to know your 12-digit Student ID to log in. If you do not know it, call 1-866-371-3200 or email mrc@myseiubenefits.org.

  1. Go to caregiverlearning.org and click the Reset Your Password link.
  2. Enter your Student ID and click the Send Reset Link button.
  3. You will be sent an email with the subject line “New Password”. Click the link in the email.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password and click Change Your Password.
  5. Click the Sign In link to be taken to the sign in page. Enter your 12-digit Student ID and new password and click the Sign In button.

If this is your first time logging in you will need to read and accept the Terms of Agreement by checking the box and clicking the I Agree button.

System & Device Requirements

If available to you, we encourage you to use a SEIU 775 Benefits Group provided device. If you choose to use your own, the following guidance is provided to allow for the best user experience.

It is strongly recommended that you use the most updated version of your browser. We will support the last 2 major versions of each browser.

Mobile / Tablet

You can use the Go.Learn mobile app or your mobile browser. For the best experience we recommend using the app, which supports any screen size and older devices. You can download the app by searching for “Go.Learn” in the Apple Store or in Google Play Store.

  • iOS: The Safari browser is not recommended, use the Chrome browser for a better experience.
  • Android: The browser version only supports Android tablets with an 8” screen.

My Benefits

This is your home page that you see after you are logged in.

My Profile

View and edit your profile image, preferred language and timezone. You can also change your password if you know your current password.

Caregiver Learning Center

Your dashboard where you can view your current training requirement, a summary of key information and quick links to help you complete your training.

My Schedule

See your list of scheduled Webinars and In-person classes that occur at a specific time.

My Training Activity

View the courses and total hours of required training you have completed.

My Courses

View the courses you are currently enrolled in. Courses are organized by enrolled, in progress and completed.

Find Courses

Filter or search to find Continuing Education courses that are relevant to you. (This page is only visible to Continuing Education students.)

My Information

View your contact, employment and training requirements information from your employer records.

Manage Your Profile and Preferences

Review your contact, employment and training requirements information.

  1. Click the menu icon and select My Information.
  2. Review your information. 
  3. To make changes, contact your employer.

Please Contact your employer to update your information, you cannot make changes through your online account.

If you are an Individual Provider (IP), contact CDWA directly at 866-214-9899. If you are an Agency Provider (AP), contact your Employer. Once your employer sends your updated information to SEIU 775 Benefits Group, your profile information will be updated.

Make changes to your account profile or preferences.

  1. Click the menu icon and click the pencil icon to view the My Profile page.
  2. Click the tabs on the left to: 
  • View your personal information and change your profile image.
  • Change your password (if you know your current password).
  • Change your preferred language or time zone.

Change your password.

  1. On the My Profile page, use the tabs on the left to select Change your Password.
  2. Enter your current and new password.
  3. Click the Change Your Password button.

  2. Click the dropdown list to select your preferred language or timezone.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10. 

Please contact your employer if you have questions about your training requirement, deadline or payment.
