Caregiver Learning Center User Guide

Before You Get Started

CE courses are available in 3 formats. Choose the ones that work best for you.

  • Online: Available any time to take on your schedule.
  • Webinar: Scheduled, instructor-led, online courses you take from home.
  • In-Person: Scheduled on-site, instructor-led training courses.

Find & Enroll in CE Courses

Finding and enrolling in Continuing Education courses is easy.
You can browse new topics or retake CE courses you’ve completed in past compliance years. You can also take the same course in a different language within the same year.

  1. Click the menu icon and select the Find Courses Page to get started.
  2. Choose between Online or In Person & Webinar Courses.
  3. Use the filter or search to find topics that are relevant to you.
  4. Click on a course to see the course detail page.
  5. Click the Enroll button to enroll in the course.

To see courses available in your preferred language:
On the Find Courses page, click your preferred language link to be directed to a page showing available courses where you can filter or search to find topics that are relevant to you.

To see courses available to retake and enroll:
Courses completed within the past 90 days can’t be retaken.
If you wish to enroll in more than 4 courses, repeat the steps.  

  1. Go to the Retake Courses Page:
    • Login and go to the Find Courses page.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Retake Courses button.
  2. Review & Select Courses:
    • Check the box for each course you want to retake.
    • Select the Bulk Re-enroll button.  
  3. Confirm Selection:
    • Review the confirmation showing the selected course(s).
    • Select OK to complete enrollment.

Complete a CE Course

  1. Click the menu icon.
  2. Select the My Courses Page.
  3. You will see a list of your courses. Click the Course that you would like to begin or resume.
  4. Click the Start or Resume button (if you have already begun the course) and follow the instructions.

In addition to being able to start or resume an online course you can see:

  • Your progress or where you currently are in the course. 
  • The course description, materials and resources at the bottom of the page. Materials are needed to complete your course and resources are optional but may be helpful.

View Your Scheduled Courses
(Webinar and In-Person classes)

Click the menu icon and select the My Schedule page.

  • You’ll see a list of courses you are enrolled in for the current month.
  • Scroll down to see more classes for that month or use the arrows to select a different month.

Click on a course to see it’s page with course details, date, time and location.

To use Zoom you will need access to:

  • A computer, tablet or smartphone that has audio and video functionality.
  • A reliable WiFi or internet connection. Check your connection prior to your class, it should be good enough to stream an online video smoothly.

Go to zoom.us/download and download the version suited for your device. You can get further instructions on how to download and install Zoom here.

Unenroll From a Course

If you would like to unenroll from a course, follow the instructions below.

  1. Click the menu icon and select the My Courses page.
  2. Click on the course you would like to unenroll from.
  3. On the course page click the ellipsis (…) in the top right corner and click Unenroll.
  4. In the pop up, click Unenroll.

Member Resource Center (MRC) will be closed from December 24 – January 1.

If you have questions about enrolling or completing your training, contact the MRC before they are closed. The MRC will reopen on January 2. 

Note: Contact your employer for questions about your training requirement, pay or deadline.

The Caregiver Learning Center cannot be accessed at caregiverlearning.org. Please use seiu775bg.docebosaas.com to access your training.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10. 

Please contact your employer if you have questions about your training requirement, deadline or payment.
