How to sign up
After downloading the Headspace Care app, follow the prompts, making sure to select “My Organization.” You will then reach a screen asking you to enter your health plan information to verify your eligibility. This information includes:
- First Name
- Last Name
- DOB
- ZIP
- Email Address (that is used for your Health Benefits Account)
