Find Pain Relief with Digital Physical Therapy

It’s common to dismiss feelings of body soreness, stiffness and pain as something that will go away or that you can push through, such as back pain, neck pain or stiff joints.  But without proper treatment, these kinds of issues can worsen — affecting your ability to comfortably complete daily tasks or leading to future injury.

If you’re struggling with joint and muscle pain and have healthcare coverage through SEIU 775 Benefits Group, you have access to physical therapy and digital tools including MedBridge and Hinge Health to help manage and ease your pain at no additional cost.

MedBridge

Caregivers on the Kaiser Permanente (KPWA/KPNW) healthcare plan have access to MedBridge.

MedBridge is digital program that helps you stay on track with your physical therapy exercises. After a quick E-visit, you will receive a customized exercise program you can complete from the comfort of home — or anywhere else you like to exercise — using MedBridge on your phone, computer or tablet.

Once logged in, you can view your exercise schedule, watch and follow along with instructional videos and track your progress.

Getting started is easy:

  • Login to the Kaiser Permanente Member Portal and select “Get Care Now” to schedule an E-Visit.
    • Select “Back pain”, “Heel pain” or Elbow pain” to complete a quick survey.
  • After completing the survey, you will receive a link and login instructions for using MedBridge via the Kaiser Permanente Member Portal.
  • Download the “MedBridge GO” mobile phone app, or login to MedBridge on your computer to access your personalized physical therapy routine.

Hinge Health

This digital program combines gentle movement with 1-on-1 support to reduce your pain and help you move with confidence — in just 15 minutes a day!

After completing a short questionnaire, Hinge Health will provide a personalized exercise and stretching program in the Hinge Health smartphone app. You also get access a care team that includes a health coach and physical therapist to guide you through your program and give support via text, email, phone or video chat.

Getting started is easy:

  • Complete a 10-minute survey to open your Hinge Health account.
  • Download the “Hinge Health” smartphone app.
