Getting Started as a Caregiver
Get tips for training success, guidance on what training you need to begin working and learn when you can access your caregiver benefits.
Starting July 1, 2024, the most experienced caregivers can now get up to $1.20 per hour worked put into their Secure Retirement Plan (SRP) account. These funds are contributed by your employer, per your Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
If you have questions about enrolling or completing your training, contact the MRC before they are closed. The MRC will reopen on January 2.
