During your first call your welcome specialist will confirm your eligibility, discuss your coverage and answer any questions. Following your onboarding call, you will be matched with a dedicated Patient Care Advocate (PCA) based on your needs.

Progyny Member Portal

Once you’ve activated your benefit you’ll receive an email with your username to access the Progyny member portal and app.

The Progyny Member Portal and app are self-service tools where you can view your benefit details, communicate with your Progyny Care Team and access curated education.

Common Questions

If you have coverage through SEIU 775 Benefits Group and are ready to get started, call 1-833-233-0517. You’ll be directed to a Patient Care Advocate (PCA) who will confirm your eligibility, discuss your coverage and answer any questions you may have.

If you are currently receiving fertility treatments through your health plan and your treatment will not be complete by the end of the plan year (July 31, 2024), Progyny provides transition of care coordination to provide continued support in your fertility and family-building journey.

Call 1-833-233-0517 to speak with a PCA who will be able to assist you in the transition of care process and ensure there is no interruption in care.

If you are seeking fertility treatment, you can search for in-network specialists in the Provider Search Tool. For pregnancy and menopause care, your dedicated Progyny Patient Care Advocate (PCA) can connect you with our expert providers for personalized care.

Once you’ve activated your benefit and completed an onboarding call with a PCA you should receive an email with your username to register for the Progyny member portal. Download the Progyny app and access self-service tools and view benefit details, communicate with your Progyny Care Team and access online resources.

Member Resource Center (MRC) will be closed from December 24 – January 1.

If you have questions about enrolling or completing your training, contact the MRC before they are closed. The MRC will reopen on January 2.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10.
