Ways to Boost Your Well-being with Headspace

Being a caregiver is hard work, and balancing the needs of those you care for with your own well-being can be challenging.

Headspace Care is a free smartphone app that can help you refocus and prioritize self-care through expert coaching. Through virtual sessions with a coach, you can get advice and guidance on reducing stress, tracking fitness goals, staying motivated and more.

In addition to coaching, the app includes a library of resources to support your mental health. You can find guided meditations, mindfulness exercises and sleep aids designed to fit your needs and schedule.

If you are working at least 1 hour per month as a caregiver, you and your dependent children have unlimited access to Headspace Care!
