Advanced Training Course Options
You can enroll in the option that best supports your client.
Behavioral Health
You should take this course if you would like to gain additional expertise in supporting clients with complex behavioral needs.
Holistic Health
This is a good option if you work with clients with multiple chronic conditions that often lead to emergency room visits and hospitalization.
Eligibility & Enrolling
You and your client need to meet eligibility requirements. Contact your employer to confirm eligibility and enroll in Advanced Training.

Advanced Training consists of 70 hours of training over 8 weeks. Learning is primarily online, with a weekly skills lab in the classroom.
Advanced Training Support
PBA Support
Talk to a Peer Mentor for one-on-one support with you Performance Based Assessments (PBAs). Practice your skills, review feedback and build confidence before you record. Support is available in multiple languages.
Language Support
This training is offered in English only. You may bring a community interpreter, but professional interpreters and translated materials are not provided. Call 1-866-371-3200 to reserve a seat for your interpreter.
