Consent to Receive Communications

Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information, Retirement, Training and Job-matching Information.

When you agree to the Consent to Receive Communications, you authorize SEIU 775 Benefits Group (BG) to disclose certain protected health information (PHI) to you, such as your healthcare coverage enrollment status, eligibility for health programs, etc., using your contact information (Personal Identifiable Information, or PII), when BG emails, mails, texts or calls you. You also agree to receive communications about retirement, learning and job-matching benefits.

The information will be sent to you to allow you to make informed decisions about your benefits.

Your communications preferences for email and texting can be changed by clicking at the bottom of emails for unsubscribe or email preference links or by replying “STOP” to texts (if you do not want to receive texts).

If your email or phone number is shared with another person, you agree that they may receive these messages intended for you.

If your contact information changes, please update your information with your employer.

Member Resource Center (MRC) will be closed from December 24 – January 1.

If you have questions about enrolling or completing your training, contact the MRC before they are closed. The MRC will reopen on January 2.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10. 

Please contact your employer if you have questions about your training requirement, deadline or payment.
