Caregivers that would like to share quotes or participate in photo and video shoots must fill out a form consenting to having their photo, audio, testimonial or video footage released to SEIU 775 Benefits Group. The release form gives ownership of this material to the Benefits Group for promotion, advertising, marketing, public display purpose and may include use on printed and online materials.

No. Participation in our research is optional and you can stop participating at any time. Participation in research will not impact how or if you receive benefits from SEIU 775 Benefits Group.

Caregivers who are invited to participate in research are randomly chosen to ensure the feedback received reflects the whole caregiver population. However, sometimes caregivers who are interested in giving feedback are asked to share about their unique experiences. If you would like to participate in research, please email research@myseiubenefits.org. You can also sign up to share your caregiver story here.

Your feedback will be used to improve programs, benefits and training. The insights gained from the project will be summarized in a final report and not include your personal information.

Significant steps are taken to protect your privacy, however, there is a small risk that it may not be fully protected. Insights from caregivers who participate in our research are shared as a summary, without names or identifying information.

Caregivers who participate in a research project are often eligible for an e-gift card sent to the email address they provided. The email will come from a company called “Tremendous” and may end up in your spam or junk folder. If you are unable to find it, please contact us at research@myseiubenefits.org.

Our gift cards are provided by a company called Tremendous and they can help you with accessing, opening or using your gift card. Please contact Tremendous at help@tremendous.com.

At this time, gift cards are only able to be sent by email.

Caregiver Learning Center System Maintenance

June 6 (Thursday) – June 10 (Monday)

You can log in, enroll and take your training in the Caregiver Learning Center during this time. 

If you complete training during the System Maintenance, it will be sent to your employer after June 10.
