Get a Copy of the 2024 CE Workshop Presentation
Every year, a special Continuing Education (CE) workshop is offered to caregivers who attend the SEIU 775 Leadership Conference. This year, Juan Gutierrez-Sanin is presenting on Managing the Effects of Chronic Stress.
Experiencing repeated stress can impact both your mental and physical health. Get an online copy of the Managing Chronic Stress CE presentation to learn more about the science behind your brain’s reaction to chronic stress, what physical risk factors you should be aware of and how you can reduce the effects of stress.
Remember, all caregivers can now enroll in CEs online by logging into the Caregiver Learning Center!
CE courses are an opportunity to expand your skills and explore topics most relevant to you and your clients’ needs. If you do not have a CE requirement, log in and go to the Learning Library to take CEs for free.
