Eligibility
To become eligible, you must work 160+ hours in two months (80 hours 1 month, 80 hours the next month). In month 4, you are eligible and can order shoes.
Caregivers who continue to work enough hours to be eligible for the program can order a new pair of shoes 12 months after their last pair was shipped.

Order Online
1) Go to srmax.com/hbt/securelogin
Visit the SR Max website and login with your caregiver email and password. If you haven’t made an account before, you can do so now.
2) Browse and Filter Styles
Select “Men” or “Women” at the top of the screen, then choose the features, brand or style you’re interested in. You can also use the left column to narrow your search by gender, styles, features, color, size and width.
3) Select Your Shoes
Once you’ve chosen a shoe, select your size/width and click ‘Add to Cart’.
4) Place Your Order
- Verify shoe order style, size and width are correct, then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Verify or enter your phone number, your name, email and shipping address, then click “Continue Checkout”.
- Review your information, then click “Place Order”.
